Kitchen Experience (Family Business):
Assisted my father in the kitchen with prepping ingredients for salads, side dishes, and vegetable/fruit platters. Assisted my mother with processing high-end products (salmon, caviar, and strawberries), including unloading, careful portioning/packaging, and proper storage. Strictly adhere to sanitary norms, personal hygiene, and food rotation standards (FIFO/food compatibility). Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skills:
• Prep work: Slicing, dicing, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
• Menu items: Salads, side dishes, vegetables, and fruits.
• Kitchen operations: Solid understanding of basic kitchen standards and safety.
• Soft skills: Attention to detail, high responsibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, punctuality.
• Languages: Russian (Native/Fluent), English (Basic, A1-A2).
Additional Information:
• Visa status: Currently on a tourist visa (open to discussing sponsorship for a work visa).
• Availability: Ready for a 6/1 schedule; available to start immediately.
• Habits: No bad habits (non-smoker, do not drink alcohol).
