I am writing to express my interest in the Japanese Cuisine Chef position at your restaurant. I have over 18 years of professional hands-on experience in Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, hot kitchen, teppanyaki, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working in professional Japanese kitchens and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency. I am confident in preparing authentic Japanese dishes while following proper Japanese culinary techniques and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
