I am a Syrian pastry chef with 8 years of experience, including 5 years of professional experience in Dubai and 3 years in Syria. I have strong experience in preparing and producing a wide variety of Syrian and Levantine pastries, manakish, pies, pizza, Lebanese pastries, Tripoli cake, and Neapolitan pizza.

I have worked in restaurants including Al U Bar Bar, Express Lantana, and Rawabi Al Sham Restaurant & Butchery. I am experienced in dough preparation, shaping, baking, production planning, maintaining quality standards, and working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

I am currently based in Dubai and available for a new opportunity. I would be pleased to attend an interview or practical test at your convenience.
