I am a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sri Lanka, and the UAE. My expertise covers Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out projects, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, variation and claims management, subcontract management, cost control, and final account settlements.
I have strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and extensive experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Key projects include the Diriyah Square Super-Basement Car Park Project and the King Fahad Cultural Centre Renovation Project in Saudi Arabia, along with various commercial, healthcare, educational, and institutional developments.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, HND in Quantity Surveying, and NCT in Quantity Surveying. I am also proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Oracle JD Edwards ERP, and Microsoft Office applications.
Currently based in Dubai, I am available for immediate joining and ready to contribute effectively from day one. I am confident that my qualifications and experience would make a valuable contribution to your organization.
