I am writing to express my interest in the Architectural Draftsman position at your company. I have over five years of experience working in Dubai with an architectural design firm, where I have successfully completed more than 200 residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
In my current role, I prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, construction drawings, and authority submission drawings. I also have experience in interior fit-out design and preparing drawings in compliance with Emaar, Dubai Municipality (DM), and Dubai Development Authority (DDA) regulations.
Apart from drafting, I coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed smoothly. I also have site supervision experience, where I monitor construction work, solve technical issues, and ensure execution matches the approved drawings and project specifications.
Over the years, I have developed strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. I enjoy taking responsibility for my work and always strive to deliver accurate, high-quality drawings that support successful project delivery.
I am now looking for a new opportunity where I can contribute my experience in architectural drafting, fit-out design, authority submissions, and site coordination while continuing to grow professionally.
