• Reception & Front-Desk Management: Serving as the first point of contact with
professionalism and warmth, handling the visitor logs, and maintaining a well-organized
reception area while ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors and callers and
created a welcoming experience for Clients, Partners, and Vendors.
• Secretariat & Administrative Support: Managing complex calendars and correspondence,
preparing confidential reports and MOM, coordinating meetings, and supporting department
heads with time-sensitive administrative tasks and maintaining utmost discretion.
• Document Control in Construction: Ensuring accurate preparation, submission, filing and
archiving of drawings, contracts, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and other essential company
and project-related documentation according to project.
• Personal Assistance: Supporting executives with discretion, handling private schedules,
confidential correspondence, minute-taking and ad-hoc tasks requiring a high level of trust.
• Project Coordination & Organization: communicating with team members, preparing
progress reports, liaising with clients, scheduling meetings, facilitating the smooth execution
of the Projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.
I am well-versed in using industry-relevant tools such as MS Office, Aconex, and document
management systems tailored for construction projects. My proactive approach, attention to detail,
and ability to multitask under pressure have earned me consistent recognition from the Managing
Director, General Manger, Operations Manager, supervisors and peers.
