Dear Hiring Manager,
I am a results-driven Project / Site Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality interior fit-out, joinery, F&B/hospitality, luxury villa, retail, and refurbishment projects across India and the UAE (including on-ground Dubai execution).
In recent roles, I have independently managed full execution at:
Haus Luxuriant (Jaipur) – Project Supervisor (Feb 2025–Present)
Isotect Contracts (Delhi) 2024-2025 - 20,000 Sft Food Court at Radisson Blu Dwarka
Paramount Contracting International LLC (Dubai) –2022 &02023: Fast-track retail fit-outs, multi-brand restaurants/F&B, hospitality refurbishments, and premium residential works.
Specialized in joinery-intensive, high-spec luxury interiors with proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Core Strengths:
Design & Technical Coordination — Shop drawing reviews, redlines, specifications, finish schedules, FF&E documentation, and seamless MEP/ID/Civil coordination.
Site Execution & Quality Control — Daily supervision, first-off approvals, QA/QC checklists, HSE compliance, and strict adherence to design intent/brand standards.
Procurement, Vendors & Client Management — BOQs, RFQs, cost tracking, technical clarifications, and effective coordination with consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
Comfortable leading multi-site projects in fast-paced environments.
Actively planning PMP certification to enhance project leadership capabilities.
Mobility & Logistics:
Previously held Indian driving license + owned vehicle.
Fully open to obtaining UAE driving license and arranging a vehicle for site operations if required.
Seeking Opportunities:
Project Manager / Site Project Manager / Site Engineer / Senior Fit-Out Supervisor roles in interior fit-out (luxury villas, F&B, retail, hospitality preferred).
Dubai-based; ready to relocate immediately (February 2026 onwards).
Open to competitive packages including accommodation/transport; market-aligned salary expectations AED 7,000–10,000 basic (flexible for the right growth-oriented role and company).
