A highly experienced and trustworthy Sri Lankan professional with 18 years of experience in Dubai is seeking a live-in position within Dubai only as a Property Caretaker, Housekeeper, or Villa/Penthouse/Apartment Caretaker
I am looking for family accommodation and food expense coverage in exchange for providing dedicated property care and management services.
Services Offered
● Complete housekeeping and cleaning supervision
● Villa, penthouse, and large apartment care
● Property security and routine inspections
● Maintenance follow-up and coordination
● DEWA maintenance follow-up
● Garden cleaning and maintenance supervision
● Monitoring contractors and service providers
● Regular property condition checks and reporting
● Preparing the property for owners returning from travel
● Ensuring the property remains clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times
About Me
● Sri Lankan nationality
● 18 years of experience in Dubai
● UAE driving license holder
● Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
● Experienced in managing and maintaining residential properties to a high standard
Family Background
I am married and live with my husband and son.
● My husband previously served as a General Manager with a reputable F&B restaurant company and is currently working in F&B consulting.
● Our son is studying at a well-known college in Dubai.
● All family members hold their own valid UAE visas.
