I have been associated with the field of Customer Service, specifically in the Automotive Aftersales Service and Warranty kinds of responsibilities by the past 10 years. I carry a vast and dynamic experience ofprofessionalism and technical know-how acquired in worldwide renowned multinational corporations
with a wide range of adored and admitted brands namely Toyota and Lexus with an extensive Gulf/Pakistan experience while serving Toyota and Honda Automotive for a period of 12 years and M/s The Emirates Transport for 8 years(till now during which I was associated with Aftersales operations for multi brand vehicles in the Dubai Police Project-Workshop side activities.
My professional enthusiasm towards the assigned task leads me to the acceptance reporting managers & authorities with both personal and work-related relations of my seniors and Being keen to learn the traits of the Customer Services and having a firm background of technical literature,
I have been able to successfully utilize the same in accordance with the organizational norms and
specifications.
My stay with the aforesaid, one of the largest groups representing automotive and Aftersales in the UAE
enabled me to set a platform & further guided my sub-ordinates to abide by the key points in scattering both professionalism and teamwork.
