With over two years of professional experience in car rental operations and administration in Dubai, I have developed strong skills in customer service, office coordination, HR support, and daily administrative management.
In my current and previous roles, I have been responsible for handling complete operational and administrative tasks including customer dealing, document management, vehicle registrations, contract preparation, payment follow-ups, booking coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations. I have hands-on experience working with systems such as Speed, Node, TARS, RTA, Darb, Salik, and GPS tracking platforms.
Along with operations experience, I have also performed HR and front desk responsibilities such as maintaining employee and customer records, handling inquiries, coordinating staff documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. My ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff allows me to maintain a positive and organized work environment.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced environments. My educational background in Business Administration (BBA), combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with excellent administrative, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
