In my current role as Maintenance Supervisor at Imdaad in Dubai, I oversee daily operations of heavy
vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment across multiple project locations. I coordinate preventive main-
tenance schedules, supervise drivers and technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
standards. Through proactive maintenance planning and operational supervision, I have successfully
maintained fleet readiness above 95% while minimizing breakdowns and operational disruptions.
Previously, I worked on an RTA project supporting vehicle operations and fleet coordination, where I
gained valuable experience in transport regulations, vehicle scheduling, and operational compliance. My
earlier experience in workshop operations and automobile maintenance supervision has also strength-
ened my technical understanding of vehicle diagnostics, servicing procedures, and maintenance man-
agement.
