Limousine or Rent-a-Car Fleet Manager.

I have worked in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Management for over 19 years. I have extensive experience across different business sectors. This includes luxury cars, corporate cars, limousines, car rentals to hotels, tourism activities, Safari, and handling daily sales operations for corporate contracts and individuals; fleet service and maintenance for over 300 cars with assigned staff. RTA documentation and renewals. GPS control, collection follow-up, fine payments and settlements, staff management and training. Company and staff welfare, car maintenance, cleanliness, buying, selling, in addition to other related tasks as required. RTA documentation and liaison.
I have worked at various small, medium, and large companies, and I have strong business leadership skills. I have strong skills in accuracy in dealing, Target achievement, financial management, monthly staff payroll, negotiation, communication, KPI monitoring, staff training, and motivation. I know how to close a deal and how to negotiate to get the best rates. I am a go-getter and persistent. Team leader and decision-maker. I can manage a team with multiple units of business.
