JOB PROFILES
As a Manager Accounts:-
My responsibilities are as follows;
 Preparation of Financial Statements and different management reports for the top management.
 Supervision in recording/posting of vouchers in accounting software along with supporting documents/evidences.
 Supervision in posting month end closing entries.
 Supervision in preparation of budgets/cash flow reports and comparison with actual.
 Tracking and follow up of Accounts Receivables.
 Supervision in making payments to suppliers against payables to ensure all payments are being made in line with the contracts entered with suppliers and are strictly as per the agreed terms and conditions.
 Analysis of purchases, sales, revenues and expenses reports.
 Supervision in preparation of bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts and resolving problems of reconciling transactions.
 Analysis and comparison of sales orders with export Letter of Credits (L/Cs) received from customers.
 Analysis of Export L/C’s Clauses with respect to deadlines for shipments, presentation and requirements of shipment documents, etc.
 Supervision in opening of L/C’s with bank for suppliers.
 Coordination with China Office for timely shipments.
 Supervision in checking Shipping documents received from Suppliers and preparation of export shipping documents for presentation to issuing bank of customers as per strict requirements of export L/C’s to avoid discrepancies.
 Coordination with banks for obtaining L/C facilities.
 Maintain effective working relationships with management and employees.
 Supervision in preparation of monthly payroll and its disbursements to employees.
 Coordination with auditors for conducting Annual Audit.

As an Accountant:-
 Preparation of related heads of accounts up to finalization.
 Follow up all the Payments and its collection.
 Maintaining daily fund flow related with all bank transactions.
 Preparation of cheques.
 Checking of sub-contractor / supplier invoices and its payment.
 Preparation of documents for bank credit facilities.
 Checking of labours wages cards, preparation of payroll and their payment.
 Reporting/explain to the Manager.
 To assist purchase department, sending request for quotation, getting quotations from approved venders and its confirmation from the concerned dept., issuing of purchase orders.
 Co-ordination with store keepers, site people

 Responsible for meeting and greeting visitors.
 Sort, log and distribute incoming and outgoing calls.
 All correspondence including preparation of letters, minutes of meeting.
