Accounts Payable & Receivable: End-to-end invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment batch preparation, and invoice aging tracking.
Financial Record Keeping: General ledger maintenance, trial balance preparation, and month-end closing support.
Software & Tools: Proficient in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
Compliance & Accuracy: High attention to detail, maintaining precise document trails, and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Work Status & Availability:
Availability: Available to join immediately.
