I have over three years of experience as an Accountant in the UAE construction industry, where I developed strong organizational, documentation, compliance, and coordination skills. Working closely with construction site teams gave me valuable exposure to site operations, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
While I have built a solid career in accounting, I decided to transition into the health and safety profession because I am passionate about workplace safety and believe it offers greater long-term career growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the construction industry. To prepare for this career change, I successfully completed the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
I am eager to apply my knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, safety regulations, incident prevention, and workplace inspections in a practical environment. I am a quick learner, committed to maintaining high safety standards, and ready to take on new responsibilities as a Junior Safety Officer.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Diploma in Logistics, Retail and Supply Chain Management, and the NEBOSH International General Certificate. I am currently based in Al Nahda, Dubai, on a visit visa and am available to join immediately.
