Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain filing systems and organize company records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Monitor office supplies and place purchase orders when needed.
Assist with data entry, invoices, and basic accounting tasks.
Welcome visitors, clients, and provide customer support.
Support management and staff with daily administrative activities.
