Previous Work & Responsibilities:
 Managing Cash Flow of the Group by closely liaising with customers promptly and working with Project heads/Senior Manager
 Manage the Receivable and Payable
 Oversee daily cash positions , manage bank relationships, and ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations
 Prepare application of LC’s, amendment of LC’s, Bank guarantee & other documents
 Prepares financial statements
 Bank Reconciliation Statement
 Prepare sales invoices and also deals with customer claims and their reconciliation
 Deals with purchases, stocks and vendors
 Prepare budget for supplier payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation
 Prepare payments for supplier in PDC Cheques
 Reconcile vendor statement and processing of their payments
 Prepare ageing analysis for customers
 Reconciliation of control account with their subsidiary ledger
 Process payroll and overtime through WPS
 Handle daily cash payments and cash receipts
 Preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns & Corporate Tax returns on time
 Experienced in working on Tally 9.0, Oracle, Sage, Quick Book, Facts, SAP, BS, Xero
