Job Title: Forex Retention Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Forex Retention Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in client retention within the Forex/CFD trading industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and retain existing Forex trading clients
• Build strong relationships with clients and increase trading volume
• Handle client queries and provide trading support
• Coordinate with the sales and dealing team
• Achieve monthly retention and revenue targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Forex retention or sales
• Knowledge of Forex / CFD trading platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients
• English required (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
