Provide first‑level technical support to users, handle IT service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact point for IT assistance via email, phone, or walk‑ins. Log, track, and assign all IT service requests and incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level IT teams. Assist with account setups, access requests, and password resets Provide clear communication and updates to users. Skills &amp; Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, and common IT tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems is an advantage.
