I'm selling my adjustable dumbbell set that comes in a hard plastic carry case. I've had it for about 6-12 months and it's in good condition with normal signs of use like surface rust on some weight plates and minor wear on the threaded collars. The set includes two short chrome handles with spin-lock collars, multiple cast iron weight plates that you can add or remove to adjust resistance, and the molded case which keeps everything organized. The handles and plates are fully functional and secure when tightened. I used these at home for general strength training; they work well for bicep curls, shoulder presses, rows, and other basic exercises.
