I'm selling my adjustable dumbbell set with bars, plates and accessories. I've had this set for about 1–2 years and it’s in good condition with normal usage marks. The set includes two short dumbbell bars with spin-lock collars, a longer bar to convert into a barbell, multiple round weight plates of different sizes, and foam-grip handles on the bars. Also included are wrist grips, a jump rope, hand grippers and a pair of small accessory bars (likely for triceps or curl exercises). The plates are the standard hole type that fit the threaded bars and show minor surface wear but no cracks. Everything functions fine and is ready to use for home workouts.
