Selling my home workout bundle, which you can buy together or separately. The first item is a doorway pull-up bar with foam-padded handles in several grip positions (wide, narrow and neutral), so you can do pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, push-ups and sit-ups. It hooks over the top of a standard door frame with no drilling or screws, and it comes off just as easily when you want your doorway back. The second item is a pair of GoFit adjustable ankle weights, 2.5 kg each (5 kg for the pair), in heavy-duty black nylon with zip pockets that let you add or remove weights, and secure Velcro straps with a metal buckle. They’re great for leg raises, walking, aerobics, Pilates and rehab exercises. Both items have been used and are in good working condition, with normal wear and light marks shown in the photos. The bar is AED 60, the ankle weights are AED 50, or AED 100 for both together
