الوصف

I am selling a wall-mounted multi-function pull-up bar that doubles as a sandbag shelf. I have used it lightly for about 1–2 years and it's in good condition. It mounts to the wall and offers multiple grip positions for pull-ups and chin-ups, padded back and arm supports for leg raises and dips, and a sturdy top bracket with chains for hanging a punching bag or sandbag. The unit is metal with foam-padded grips and supports, and it’s suitable for home boxing and martial arts training or general upper-body workouts. Mounting hardware was included when new (check wall type and anchors needed for installation).
