It’s the world’s first robotic lever machine,
manual lever machines craft legendary shots, but they require master-level experience. With Meticulous you get the richness of lever machine with fully customisable extraction profiles where you can download profiles made by coffee influencers and enjoy coffee the same way they do it at the touch of a button, or you can customise your own profile thorough advanced UI (app available for ios and android) and make your own style of espresso.
It is good for both beginners and seasoned coffee enthusiasts, packed with features and cool tech like integrated Acaia scale, wifi and bluetooth connectivity with the phone app for advanced control, multiple PIDs for precise temperature control etc.
There’s virtually no maintenance like on the lever machine as the only parts in contact with water are the cylinder and the piston and the operation is almost completely silent.
