Leaving Dubai – must sell my full Effeuno P134GE Gara Evolution professional pizza setup. This is the legendary Italian electric oven used by serious home pizzaioli and chefs worldwide.
Reaches up to 550°C – the same range as a wood-fired oven – and bakes a true Neapolitan pizza in 60–90 seconds with proper leoparding on the crust.

– Dedicated stainless steel stand (perfect height, sturdy)
– Refractory stone (standard)
– Biscotto stone (the professional Neapolitan-style stone – this is what serious pizzaioli use, prevents base from burning at high temps)

– Independent top and bottom heating element controls
