I’m selling my Dr. Pen microneedling device (Dermapen) — used once and in excellent, like-new condition. It’s the handheld cordless pen shown in the photos with the original disposable needle cartridges (sealed). I’ve used it only one time for a trial and then stopped, so it’s effectively brand new. It powers on and functions normally; I’m including the sealed replacement needle cartridges visible in the picture. No warranty applies. Ideal for at-home microneedling sessions or professional use if you already have compatible cartridges.
