So I built **EstimAI**.
You upload your measured drawings.
It detects the elements and creates a structured **first-draft takeoff + BOQ** in minutes instead of making you start from a blank Excel sheet.
But here’s the important part:
**It doesn’t replace your judgement.**
You review it.
You correct it.
You finalise it.
EstimAI simply takes the repetitive counting off your plate.
Because I don't think AI should replace the estimator.
**I think it should give the estimator their time back.**
Less time counting.
More time checking.
More time thinking.
More tenders handled.
And, hopefully…
