Uncommon printing error by missing the signatures of the bank governor & the minister of economy. Also the Arabic issue date on the face is missing.
The note depicts The Queen of Palmyra; Zenobia (c. 240 – c. 274), a formidable warrior queen who ruled the Palmyrene Empire (in modern Syria) in the 3rd century CE, challenging Rome by expanding her territory into Egypt and Asia Minor.
