I am looking for a serious investor/business partner to expand my already running retail business into a larger wholesale operation in Sharjah.
The business deals mainly in clothing, perfumes and assorted wholesale lots and already has established online sales channels:
• 33,000+ Facebook followers generating regular retail sales
• 13,000+ TikTok followers** generating retail as well as bulk/wholesale inquiries
• Existing sourcing, purchasing, marketing and advertising experience
• Business model is already operational and profitable
Wholesale Expansion Plan
For the wholesale operation, we will use a shared warehouse facility in Sharjah with suitable licensing arrangements, avoiding a large upfront warehouse/setup cost.
The cost is approximately AED 2,500/month, covering the warehouse space and licensing arrangement. The space is sufficient to maintain stock and receive walk-in wholesale customers.
Current Performance
Based on actual performance, average gross profit approximately AED 565/day.
The purpose of the investment is to increase stock availability, buy larger quantities at better prices and aggressively expand the wholesale side of an already proven business.
Investment Structure
• Initial investment: AED 100,000
• Total commitment: Up to AED 300,000
• Remaining investment in tranches based on business performance
• Minimum investment period: 12 months
• Exit notice: 3 months
Partnership Options
Silent Investor: 35% of net distributable profit.
Working Investor: 50% of net distributable profit. Working partner will manage accounts, inventory and logistics.
I will handle sales, purchasing, sourcing, marketing, advertising, creatives and overall business growth.
All legitimate business expenses will be deducted before profit distribution. No partner can create additional business liabilities without mutual agreement.
Based on current performance and planned scaling, returns may potentially be around 5–6% monthly on deployed capital, depending on business performance.
