Awesome
This review is to answer the two beneath me. @Sam you have a problem over a 2aed bottle of water? Scrubby. I bet you looked at the menu, realised it cost a little bit more then the KFC you usually have and left.

@janeef This totally makes sense. Waiters on commission? Never heard such a ludicrous idea. Unless you count tips as commission. The food and service is proper, and the places are always busy for a reason.

JUST THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD
It is very settle, that’s what I thought when I saw the new restaurant: Reem Al Bawadi in Marina walk, just opened, you can see waiters with that orient Lebanese Mediterranean custom rushing inside and coming back outside trying to get things in order, while I was walking down the street in that lovely evening told my wife, what do you think we try this restaurant; I have heard they have good food! She nodded yeah! Why not!!
When you live in Marina, you get used to taking a lot of long walks along the marine-side that Marian Walk go up to 3km and you must have a bottle of water, otherwise you will dehydrate, we walked inside the restaurant, seems fantastic, with big smile the waitress asked us to put our bottle of water a side, and take it when we leave, I came to find it little uncomfortable for new restaurant to basically greet a big eater like myself with such, I told her; I was passing by and I decided to try your restaurant, this is just my water, you can add restaurant water on my table am ok with that, I still need my water next to me, it only reasonable to have your opened bottle with you, otherwise no point of taking it back, because simply you never know!?
She called up her manager, and the Manger absolutely lacked any manners, he choose to order me to put the bottle down, well; I choose to leave but, I left with sincere foul wind tackled my ears, a well know cuss in Lebanese weighs of a very dirty and foul mouth, it was so dirty that I am really feeling shy to even explain what it means, I walked off thinking will just continue this lovely evening walking the walk, which we enjoy, but we few minutes later we came across another new restaurant: Al Hakwrah, Jordanian restaurant has authentic Syrian dishes, we were greeted with very large smile happy faces no one noticed our bottle so we sit really comfortably, the waiter came chat up a little about his menu, then the Aleppo born waiter noticed our bottle, he offered to bring glasses with ice cubes, I told him its ok its for the stroll we can take your water, he said drink yours if wanted more we will get you more, may I just bring to the attention that in six years living in Dubai, a waiter actually made me smile, and very comfortable that I just couldn’t stop chatting with him?? Well the food was chosen and arrived, and I will not lie, we had first Shawarma, the restaurant sent us complimentary soup, the Shawarma was absolutely the best I have ever tasted in UAE, but in fact the rest of the food was not as good, however; we were extremely happy and satisfied with service even the food, when we got the bill, the two fresh squeezed Orange juice were not added, I called up on them and Manager was thankful, but they insist they heard that we weren’t satisfy totally with the food and they wish to keep the orange juice on the house even it costs 21AED each
The fact Al Hakwarah was not half as big as Reem Al Bawadi, but with wise Management like that sky is the limit, Maybe a lot will agree with fact that no one should bring water along, to a restaurant, but some cases are just hard to judge, understanding the reaction of two different restaurants towards same issue in the same night, can tell you a lot about our suffering with morals of the cultural and ethical dilemma

I would like to compliment you on a superb dining experience at your restaurant yesterday. The restaurant itself was a joy to eat in, the service and attention just perfect, and the food, sublime. We do not "fine dine" on too many occasions, but this was memorable, and the best I can remember! We hope and expect very much to see you again.

Awesome
It was my 2nd visit at Reem Al Bawadi Restaurant. The Hall was jam packed so we were seated Outdoor. The place was well lighted and the interior is very classy and sophisticated. Foods were a little bit pricey but all worth it. If you want a good ambience and good food, Reem Al Bawadi has something to offer. I really enjoyed my Reem Al Bawadi experienced. I’ll surely return and dine to this place. So if you guys want to experience dining to Jumeirah way, try visiting Reem Al Bawadi.

I have been a client of Reem for about 3 years now. We never went often due to the high food prices and service was bad sometimes but the shisha and food is good. Lately I was not so pleased anymore and even tried the new branch on Sheikh Zayed on old years evening. NEVER but NEVER again will Reem see me again. We arrived around 8-30. The place wasn't too busy. We asked if they are fully booked and can help us. The answer was, "no problem, where would you like to sit ?" Very pleased with ourselves we found a table with a view of the Burj so we can look at the fireworks also. We ordered Shisha and immediately the waiter wanted to know what we want to eat. I asked for a few minutes so we can have a soda and relax a bit. We were not sitting for 5 minutes and he was back, asking again what we want. We ordered some starter and he insisted on our main course. It got me fedup already with all this pushing as I was there to enjoy the evening and relax. After the starter the main course was there immediately. The moment I placed my fork and knife on the plate, they slammed the account on my table. When I asked what is this, I still want desert also, the reply was straight, "you must leave now, we are booked for a party tonight". I was furious and even after talking to the manager we could not stay. Why did they tell us at first that it is ok and then suddenly they had a party. I agree with previous comments. If you are not a local or Arabic, you are $%&@ in their eyes and they only want to take your money. Stay away !!
