Blah

Concerned about extracting maximum amount of money without focusing on service. Try to include outrageous terms in rental contracts and then blackmail to obtain money. They'll include 3000 penalty clause in 18000 rent contract. Force their own maintenance company with extremely high charge rates on tenants.

NOT RECOMMENDED unless these are only people in that buidling.
