No I'm not seeking a job. As i said i would eb a partner on paper hence i would have an investors visa. WIll drive all traffic throughout he company & reap the benefits on a yearly basis, while the investor will reap benefits as soon as the first order.

merrick g..what you said before was you want 20%profit share, and now you are changing your story, and want to become partner(investor).....okay what percentage...hope its not 50% you are after.

I dont have 500k with me, but know some one who might invest. But I need to know more before connecting you both. I also want a healthy share of commision as go inbetweener.

let me break it down for you. The business will be in the investors name (trade license). I am still sticking to my previous statement of yearly 20%.
All payments made & incoming money will be in the name of the company. The business needs to be managed. Well i will manage the business. X amount of stock will be purchased and kept. as & when orders come through an LPO 50% advance payment will be taken from client & 50% after delivery. Some times based on the client 100% advance payment will be taken too.
Well 2-4 people will be required maximum to run the business. Profit is high & there is not doubt.
I hope i have answered your questions adequately, if not please do feel free to ask. At the end of the day the investor must be satisfied & clear from day 1.

How can you have investor visa if your name is not on trade license.

Let me tell you sunshine, the road to investment is tough, i will get you what you want, but this is not the way, who gives a MA to operational bits and bobs, if customer woudlnt pay, bad debt will be on your profit share.

You need to get your facts right. Investors visa can be issued without having your name on the Trade license.
The reason for posting it in open is so people see it and respond. As I have mentioned in my first post, you could very well set a meeting to understand all aspects. Other investing time for now you have nothing to loose.
