guys a big population remains unfit .... Due to various reasons ...... How to over come this situation ... Let us discuss this and come out a good formulea in life to remain fit....

basic idea = 1.5 hrs for one month keep your heartbeat rate between 110-115 to affect fat directly. if it exceeds its not directly hitng on fat deposits.

joggin will do. but regular and punctual. this info is from a specialist doctor. not from me.
