Don't you have a health care card? They give the choices out...Dentist are expensive and a rip off mostly and all the Hospitals are money grabby and crappy. End of.

hey henry, before you receive your residence visa you need to pass your health 'test'. they check for main contagieous diseases liek aids/hiv, hep B, and TB.

usually your place of empoloyment will set all of this up if they are sponsoring you for a residence visa. they should ask for passport, some pictures, and stuff to submit to the government, then set you up with a hospitol to go to with paperwork and ID. they should do a chest scan and take a blood sample.

if all goes good you should receive ur passport with the new visa on one of the pages 3 or 4 weeks later..

Avoid welcare hospital at any cost.... a comp set of monkeys as drs... i have had such a terrible exp... almost lost my life and i have heard tons of complaints about them.... my bad i did not do a hospital investigation...in the first place..

nope, no healthcare card, my compay offers no healthcare etc. what i do if get ill? can I just turn up at a doctors clinic and pay?

Henry - Company has to provide Government Health Card under Labor Law - ask your company for it. It should give access to free or cheap medical care at Government Hospitals - you can get a list off the worldwideinterweb :)
