yes you can, bcuz it's freezone, so u can change your work to any other place in UAE

ok thanks dude, atleast i have an idea. ill just pay to my company. and look for another job in freezone. but boss only in freeezone i can shift co not in private?

If you would like to shift to a free zone company then there will be no problem or ban at all because it's a "free zone company" But if you will shift to a private company and you did not finish ur contract or at least 2yrs then u will have a labour ban (as per UAE Law) for 6months or it depends to the company (previous) as well if they will ban u or not. The best way is to call Labour office (google their toll free no.) and ask them so you will have the accurate answer for ur queries. My advise is, make sure that u already found the job before u plan leaving ur old company as it's very diff. to be unemployed and again start from the scratch.

Ban means your company doesn't want to give a letter of no objection, ask for a letter of no objection from your employer. If they refuse to give you one, it means you'll have to wait 6 months until you can work again in UAE.
