starting business in uae

Hello Dubizzle community!i want some advice from u.my cousin from Pakistan wants to start some kind of business here in Dubai.he wants me to survey for that.i am doing job here and i am not a business minded person.i dont know what business is better?or trading is better? or what else.he have an enough investment for that purpose.he insisted me on keep searching some plan i told him that u leave this idea from ur mind and invest ur money in property business in Pakistan.I think that market is not good for any business start up so plz anyone here suggest what kind of business is better to do?waiting for serious suggestions.Thanx

i am a sales manager in stock and forex market here in dubai we are offering a manged accounts investment ... as the company will be a partner for our clients ...in profit and loss "god forbid " in 7th months untill this moment we make for our clients prophits between 5 - 10 % the company will take 30 % of the profit and the rest is for the client.the client risk is 20 % of his portfolio ..its mean the company will guarantee 80 % of his money to not be touchable in any situation... this all with documents signed from both part ... thanks for your time

Hi Waqas, no one will let earn for you or your cousin. The activity and the experience should be from businessman's mind only. Or otherwise he is investor or acts like a bank who is only interested in his profits & nothing else. BTW 100K is required at least to open a door and sit in the office in Dubai.
